Due to satisfied fashionistas like yourselves, our products are in high demand and if you send back an item for an exchange, there is no guarantee that we will have your desired item in stock at that time. Therefore we highly recommend that you purchase the style and color you would probably be most happy with. Refunds are only permitted within 14 calendar days and merchandise must be new and in the box and absolutely NO refunds on worn merchandise. Shipping fees, if any are non-refundable and a $7 charge/per item to cover return shipping and restocking will be assessed on all items returned for a refund.
